Our mission is to bring together community partners and professionals from diverse disciplines to advance population health through research that improves health outcomes, addresses health inequities, promotes sustainability, acknowledges context, and respects culture
Advancing population health through community partnership and research.
ReACH Strategic Goals:
- Collaborate with local communities, with an emphasis on Hispanic and rural/remote communities, to improve physical and mental health through innovative research methods
- Leverage dissemination and implementation (D&I) science methods to advance population health
- Facilitate the use of telehealth and telementoring in research to increase access to care throughout our communities
- Educate and mentor faculty, staff and trainees to catalyze research addressing population health needs
