UT Health San Antonio ECHO

UT Health San Antonio ECHO uses the ECHO® (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) model developed by University of New Mexico to partner with providers and healthcare workers in underserved communities including in remote and rural communities to increase their knowledge in a healthcare related area so that they can provide necessary care to patients in their communities. The ReACH Center is the administrative home of the UT Health San Antonio ECHO and is led by ReACH Core Scholar Waridibo Allison, MD, PhD.

Dr. Allison and UT Health San Antonio ECHO staff were involved in establishing the first ECHO at the institution and have extensive experience in technical support for the launch, promotion and sustainability of ECHO programs.  Learn more about our current ECHO programs and our ECHO related services on the UT Health San Antonio ECHO website.
